Ice Guys DFW provides ice machine rental subscriptions, sales, installation, and maintenance services in the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area. Service availability, pricing, and terms are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of scheduling.

Submitting a service request or contact form does not constitute a binding agreement. Service agreements are established separately upon mutual written or verbal confirmation.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
